When
comparing 2012 and 2013, a dramatic growth story unfolds. Tablet
adoption in the United Kingdom more than doubled, from 16 percent to 36
percent, from 2012 to 2013, according to Deloitte’s Global Mobile
Consumer Survey. Penetration doubled in France, from 15 percent to 30
percent; in Belgium it rose from 12 percent to 30 percent; and in Russia
it grew from 14 percent to 23 percent.
